This training helps the participants to identify the applicable Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA 94) and its applicable regulations within the organizations. By knowing the applicable Legal Requirements participants will be able to understand all the main issues in order to ensure compliance towards the Occupational Safety and Health set by Government, Customer and ISO 45001:2018 Standards and Organizations.
This course is specifically designed to provide detail explanation on all related legal requirements based on the Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 & regulations.
