He has great passion in achieving success in the field of Adventure Education, Experiential Learning, Training and Development, Coaching, Organizational Holistic Solutions, Change Management & Transformational Program, Life-Long Learning Knowledge and Skills.
Ken brings with him more than 20 years of experience in Coaching, Training & Development, Education and Experiential Learning. His initial experiences in training and skill development began at Outward Bound Malaysia, Lumut (OBML). Being one of the fortunate ones, he was also assigned to work and train besides the main role as an instructor/facilitator in OBML; he was given the responsibility to design, lead and coordinate various types of programs for internal staff development, corporate groups, youth and children.
Ken’s training scope covers Work Place and Business Coaching, Communication Series, Emotional Intelligent (EQ), Mindset and Attitude Change, Team Performance and Transformational Leadership. He has great passion and energy in his training and program with a mixture of delivery styles in his training which includes Coaching, Experiential Learning, NLP Approach and EQ Approach.
