Habit 7 is the habit or renewal, is the concept of continous improvement and learning. Habit 7 if done right automatically develops the other six habits because it takes a high level of proactivity and responsibility to consistently Sharpen the Saw.

Stephen Covey talks about the importance of the Four Dimensions in life - Physical, Spiritual, Mental and Social / Emotional.

In conclusion, Steven Covey share a few thoughts and challenges to encourage you to embark on a lifelong adventure by internalising them and actually living them and experiencing the magnificent fruits.
